Blueside Cleaning Services LLC Effective Date: January 12, 2026

Welcome to Blueside Cleaning Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Jersey-based provider of residential and commercial cleaning services. By using our website, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

We provide standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction cleanup, carpet/upholstery, and window cleaning using insured, background-checked professionals and eco-friendly products.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon payment or deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Free with 48+ hours notice | <48 hours → 50% fee | <24 hours → full charge.

Arrival windows may shift due to traffic; we will notify you immediately.

3. Pricing & Payment

Transparent pricing includes labor, supplies, and travel within our New Jersey service area.

Payment securely processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store full card details.

Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access (keys, codes, or on-site).

Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.

Disclose hazards (mold, pests, structural issues).

Provide parking instructions.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Not 100% satisfied? Contact us within 24 hours — we’ll re-clean affected areas free within 72 hours.

6. SMS Communications – FULL A2P / TCPA / CTIA / 10DLC COMPLIANCE

We may send SMS for confirmations, reminders, surveys, or promotions (only with prior express written consent).

Sent via 10DLC-registered, TCR-approved campaigns

Transactional SMS: Consent when you provide your number

Marketing SMS: Requires prior express written consent + double opt-in

Frequency: 1–3 per booking; max 4/month for promotions

Standard carrier rates apply

No SHAFT content · No autodialers for marketing without written consent

Opt-Out: Reply STOP → one confirmation → no further marketing texts (transactional may continue)

7. Liability & Insurance

We carry $2M general liability insurance

Not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed conditions

Liability capped at service cost

8. Governing Law

Governed by New Jersey law. Disputes resolved in Essex County courts.

9. Changes

Updates posted here. Continued use = acceptance.
